I called asking about a current problem on my laptop and the guy new exactly what it was right away. They were very knowledgable and friendly. They let me know it'd cost more money to fix my laptop then to buy a new one. I'm very pleased with their service. I wasted no money paying for a consultation, nor anytime waiting to figure out the problem. I highly recommend them.
