I've been a patient of Dr. Poon since the year 2000 after having a triple by pass. Since that time Dr.Poon moved his office from Castle Down's to the south side but I would follow Dr. Poon to Calgary if I had to. When you have the best Doctor stick with him at all cost !!!

Very disappointed with booking appointment service at this clinic. Not organized at all! I booked my massage appointment with Corine 3 weeks earlier; planned my day, took day off; however she WASN'T SHOW UP as it was booked improperly in their system. Ok, we all can have some technical issues. BUT! If it was booked wrong WHY YOU CALLED ME 2 days before the appointment TO REMIND and CONFIRM it?! I was going to use many things there.. But now decided NEVER back to this clinic again.

I can not say enought wonderful things about New Imaage. Their professional staff and amazing customer service are second to none. I LOVED the products that were recommended to me and the facial was amazing!
