We have rented and bought a variety of machines here and service is outstanding. Everyone on the team has always been friendly, professional, and eager to serve. Oh, and they have the best prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
Several times, they have charged a much lower rate than they could have. they seem genuinely eager to make my projects succeed.
They were helpful and the heaters and hilti I rented worked well. They also made it easy to rent and return. They lost a star because it took longer than I would have liked to pay when I returned the items.
Poor Customer Service!! Ordered part for a chainsaw, got the wrong part. Then after explaining that they order the wrong part, one of the guys at the till was snappy and rude. After when I had come home I tried to put the part together but after going to another repair shop they had told me that I was given a part for a trimmer, not a chainsaw. I phoned Pilon's I talked to a lady and told her the situation, she was quickly snappy and sarcastic. As a business owner, I'm never dealing with them.
