Ignorant staff, get a new office
Missed my appointment and very politely asked for a new one. The woman said "well too bad, you missed yours" very rudly. I said i dont need your ignorance just a new appointment its very important please. She said i was ignorant and dosnt want to give me a new one as i missed mine. No business should be so rude as ive used this office for 20 years or more.
