brought the car in to have an electrical issue fixed. they charged me $200 and did absolutely nothing. they suggested a solution to the problem and when i asked how much this would cost me, they said theyd get back to me later. by the end of the day i heard nothing, so i called them. they again promised they would call back. its been 2 days and they are not even bothering to return my call. BRING YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have a BMW 328i If you have ever owned a BMW you know there is no one more unhappy than a BMW owner the day after the warrantee is up. I have been going to R.G. Diagnostics for about 12 years. I trust Ryan completely. The last job he did would have cost me $4300.00 just for the part, He fixed the part and the problem for about $450 labour included. I highly recommend R.G.
