When Rudi Herzog came to Vancouver in 1982, his dream was to establish a business that could offer its customers high-end luxury items at reasonable prices. With dependable service and top quality products, he soon accomplished that goal.
I was extremely disappointed in our customer service. On April 5, 2025 my husband and I entered the store. We were greeted by a woman of Asian decent. After looking around for a few minutes she began to chat with us. She asked us where we were from what we were looking for and so on. We explained we were from the Sunshine Coast, Sechelt Shishalh Nation. She then replied "Oh wow, you don't look native, you must be watered down".
I replied " we forgot our bows and at home".
Very rude.
I have been a customer at Herzog since 2003. What I have experienced with Herzog is ongoing excellent customer service, friendly environment, great sales, affordable prices on luxurious dinnerware. I am very happy with all care and service I receive from Herzog. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Herzog!!
