First over-night outing as a group and we have to deal with this company, not a good experience at all. First the driver was not given the correct location for our first pick-up, I had been very specific in the contract. Secondly, we had to change buses twice after boarding our first one (suspension system not working, then they loaded us onto a bus that had not been serviced). Thirdly, the toilet on the bus we ended up on was not working properly and as a result it smelled of waste the entire trip. Especially, when we boarded the bus on the morning our our return it made my eyes. Our driver was amazing and was able to reduce the smell after an unscheduled stop for 40 minutes.
The worst part being the follow up customer service form the senior operator. He would not even discuss the problems we had saying he had in fact gotten us out of Toronto in "good time", BTW, we missed the first 45 minutes of the workshop we were going to Ottawa to participate in, and he said the "stink form the toilet" was our fault (we were 23 people on a 56 seat coach for three hours each way).
NOT a company we will do business with again.
