Maple Property Management Group

The worst property management company ever, they never answer email or calls. I am a condo owner and they are obliged to change my windows. Saud (The president / CEO) of the company is coming up with excuses every single time.I have two quotation that my windows are rotten but yet he doesnt care, I spoke the technician of company that he brought in to look at the windows. Saud completely lied to them and told them it is a glass issue and do not mention to me that the actual windows are rotten

The worst property management group. Report issues with the building such as a mouse problem, heating issues and nothing is ever done. I have been waiting for over a month for the heat to be turned on. Its now Nov 1st. Should have been turned on in September. I have called and left numerous voicemail as no one picks up the phone, sent emails, no replies. If i had a choice i would hire someone else as the property management for the building.
