    VERY disappointed...

    VERY disappointed in what I seen when I went to Rough Luxe in Cornwall, Ontario. DO NOT TRAVEL FROM OUT OF TOWN EXPECTING THE OWNER TO OPEN THE SHOP WHEN IT IS EXPECTED. Clearly it is opened randomly and on the owners terms?

    Absolute HORRIBLE...

    Absolute HORRIBLE management. I have come from OUT OF TOWN to go to Rough Luxe 3 TIMES WITH NO SIGNAGE INDICATING WHY IT IS NOT OPENED!!!! And the response I received from the owner "It is my store, I can do what I want" UNACCEPTABLE and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER go back!!!!

    Absolutely HORRIB...

    Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! The owner does NOT seem to care after playing games with me for ONE MONTH on a project idea I had. Extremely rude and does not know how to speak professionally.
