We hired Macho Movers to help move my mother-in-law. They called us with a confirmation prior to the move and showed up to the move on time as planned. Everything was carefully wrapped by the movers and taken to the truck. All of her belongings made it to the new house safely. The Movers themselves were kind, caring, and courteous, all with a smile! We would definitely hire this company again.
Was not happy with Macho movers in Guelph. We were charged 20 minutes time for Covid testing of the two lads that were moving us and the truck inspection. Which should be all done ahead of time and not charged to the customer. The two lads were very friendly and respectable but did not move fast. Less than an hour into the job they took a 15 minute smoke and drink break. They seem to be taking their time to stretch the time out/ extend the amount of hours it took to move.
