The staff and Denis especially were very helpful and straight forward with helping me find the right vehicle. Denis was very personable and was a huge help when it came to being able to drive my first vehicle off the lot. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys !
Only left 1 star because i had to. Seemed great at first. 3 people in my family have bought from Troys in guelph and every single vehicle we have bought have been garbage. Very disappointing when you spend that kind of money. Worst part is “ its not their problem “ after you have bought the vehicle. Definitely would NOT recommend unless you want a very expensive project!
I would highly recommend Tony as a salesperson who cares that his customers get the right car for their needs. He was efficient in getting back to me and had the cars ready for a test drive when I said I would be there. I would recommend Troy's Toys for a used vehicle and certainly there is such a person as an honest used car salesman. I was impressed that they have their own service department on site and give excellent interest rates.
