We had a difficult pump-out situation, needing a Hydro Vac truck, and after getting negative response from two companies, we contacted Brauntec, who replied to our inquiry very quickly, and did a superlative job! Their employees were friendly and polite, professional, eco-friendly, and in spite of some unexpected issues, continued until the job was finished to our complete satisfaction. Their rates were reasonable and they honoured the quote they provided verbally. We highly recommend this company and their staff.
