    Hope this reaches everyone considering working with this law firm. Firstly, I am amazed at how useless Lou and his army of assistants actually are. If you ever assumed that lawyers need to be intelligent....you were wrong! I consider it a miracle that this law form is still able to attract clients! Their customer service is non-existent, they literally hide from the phone when it rings! and They make a lot of mistakes...which is the layering equivalent to being an alcoholic pilot. This bare
