Joe did it again! Took my laptop to another place to get it looked at, first mistake, and they said it was a major problem to repair. Took it to Joe for a second opinion and turns out to be an easy fix and it was done by the next day. Lesson learned, go to Computer Designs first!

For over 5 years I have taken my technical problems to Computer Design. PCs, monitors, laptops, tablets - all have been repaired and returned ready for use. Beside the prompt service and technical skills, they have always shown me an abundance of patience for my lack of same. Computer Design is a trustworthy and reliable company.

Joe was very professional and helpful in taking care of my computer issue. He clearly explained what his process would be for analyzing the problem and he checked with me before making any repairs. His follow up to ensure all was well was great. He will be my first call for any computer problems in the future and I would recommend the same for anyone else.

Joe is amazing! I am a teacher and my computer was freezing and crashing at least 20 times a day because of teams. Staples and Lenovo did NOTHING to help me. Joe spent countless hours fixing my computer and got it working again. I will never go anywhere else for my computer needs. Thank you!!!
