We often hear people refer to the 'lazy days of summer'. While this may prove true for some folks who are enjoying a relaxing vacation at the cottage or spending time on a patio or by a pool, AMI has been busy completing a major project that will influence the way people who are blind or partially sighted watch live events on television.Over the last year, AMI has been working collaboratively with the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB), producers of described video as well as grassroots organizations representing the blind and partially sighted community to develop a set of Live Described Video Best Practices.
