    The staff at United Computers are courteous and friendly. They quickly assessed my problem and had my laptop repaired the same day the new part arrived. I plan to return to United computers if I encounter another computer related problem.

    The technicians I spoke with were very helpful and gave me great customer service. There was a longer wait time than expected, some confusion about the price of the repair, and some communication issues, but no major problems.
