Smart guy. He knows a lot! Not some staff member that just does cpap stuff when someone walks in, like they do in Regina. Surprised to hear about his sleep lab management in Saudi Arabia. Sounded very interesting there. He walks you though the whole thing, and helps you get your stuff faster than the other options. Good to talk to someone who explains before you have to ask.
