great service, no mysteries on price of parts and cost of labor, the staff at DPS take pride in what they represent and leave no questions before or after work is done, I will be going back and really like having DPS working on my truck, my truck always feels better than new when I get it back and I myself always leave there a little smarter:)
I took my one ton in several times to get repaired - for the same problem, only to have it break down the next block over after picking it up. This happened twice, and to boot it was at the same time the temperature in Calgary was -30, so the vehicle had to sit overnight at the side of the road. The next day I had to haul my generator to the roadside to charge the battery to try and see if I could start it.
Anyhow - after all of the chaos and the truck was finally fixed and a few thousand bucks later - they are sending me a measley $38 bill for diesel. I mean, are you kidding me?
