    Customer service here is a joke. The last time I went here I waited forever to get my glasses. After a few days past the supposed delivery date I went down to the store. They had written my phone number down wrong and said they had been unable to contact me. When I asked why they just didn't look in the phone book, all I got was a giggle and a shrug.

    The Lethbridge location recently moved to the west side and I wasn't sure about driving all the way over there just for glasses BUT I did and wow was it worth it! Tonnes of selection and great service.

    I really appreciate the honesty and quality of service provide at Centre Optical. I came to fix my glasses and was advised to contact my former optical company as it was under 2 years and likely be under warranty. Two months and still waiting for the manufacturer & previous optical to deliver me a new pair, I came to Centre Optical again as I was struggling with my spare glasses. To my surprise, they repaired it for FREE! Great way to build trust and relationship. I will go back for sure! Read more
