    Terrible customer service + Disappointing flowers!

    This florist is terrible! My mom ordered me a bouquet for my birthday, and the arrangement that arrived was nothing like she paid for! It was way smaller, had fewer flowers, and some of the flowers were already wilting! My mom contacted the owner directly, showed her photos to prove her case, and the owner refused to do anything! Wouldn't budge an inch or even acknowledge there was a problem! Unbelievably BAD customer service here! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
