Barb really knows how to cut hair. She does a great job and listens to my input --we all have our ideas about what we want, what bugs us, and I've never felt pressured to have my hair done any way other than what I want. Highly recommend.
Barb made me feel awful about my self.Went on a big rant about box hair dye, called the staff over to show them just how “ terrible” my hair was from using it, then wiped her hand repeatedly as if I had cooties just from colouring my hair with it. She took 1 hour 50 mins to cut my hair, as she got up to walk around and talk to people mid hair cut.I ended up leaving with one side shorter and choppily cut. Never have I had a hair professional make me feel less attractive.
