Literally the worst experience I had at a nail salon. The nail tech cut me a bunch of times causing my cuticles to hurt and even cut my on my pinky with a file. I wanted a design but they were charging me up to $75 for a nail polish design. I paid $68 for this to see how irritated my hands were and how much of a horrible job they did. I have called in 3 times asking for a refund because I was not happy with the service and they refuse to give me one.

Horrible acrylic nails....lifted after 1 week and they charged me to remove them! Terrible customer service and terrible work.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went. This place is awful. Worst mani-pedi EVER. I was cut in several places on fingers and toes. The skin on my heals has been scrubbed so hard I can barely walk. I have numerous painful hangnails, cuticles are barely touched in spots and the polish is uneven and all over my toes. I have to live with this terrible polish until the wounds heal and I can take it off. This experience was painful physically and mentally. Strongly DO NOT recommend.

Went to this place and it was a nightmare, it took 3 hours to do acrylic nails and the lady doing it cut me in three different places, needless to say I was in pain a lot of the time. Not only that she glued the fake nail to my actual skin and started buffing my skin, as my skin was peeking through between the fake nail and my real nail and I cringed, she ended up having to take the nail off with acetone and redoing it. Hellen is the bes...

Hellen is the best at what she does because she cares about her customers. I have been with her since she opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have the best artifical nails in town because of her care and diligence. I followed her from the OTHER salon in town because of her sanitation techniques. I actually caught some sort of nail disease from the other place and almost lost my thumb nail. I've NEVER had problems here.

Worst experience do not go here, they made my shellac bumpy and uneven and it started peeling within a few days. When I called to complain they would not give me my money back and offered to redo them which I didn't want as my experience was horrible i would rather pay to get them done properly. I got a phone call from the owner whose was really rude and threatening saying come back to get them Redone or don't come back at all and hung up on me. Do not go here
