From the beginning of my first class I already fell in love. The people and staff are awesome and friendly. They get you motivated and wanting for more. I LOVE this place~!! The music gets you in the mood too~!! :) <3
I’m not a fan of working out AT ALL, but I signed up for some trial classes and found myself actually motivated to come every week and really enjoyed myself. After the trial was over I bought a membership, because it was the first time in my life I found myself continuing to workout, and wanting to. The instructors are really motivating and helpful, the classes are are great workout but also a bunch of fun, and the other members are kind and helpful.
Was hesitant at first because I'm not coordinated. I've found a great, fun activity to de-stress and exercise regularly with a positive community. Instructors are supportive, challenge us appropriately and caring. Clean, well-located and well-appointed facility.
Love coming to ILKB Coquitlam for my weekly workouts. It's a super fun atmosphere and a great workout. Even my toes sweat. I love how each time I go the workout is different... variety keeps me coming back.
