Extremely disappointed with the reckless and irresponsible behavior of this company. I witnessed them discharging pool water directly onto the Seine River pathway—an illegal and environmentally damaging act that shows a complete disregard for public spaces and natural ecosystems. Not only does this kind of dumping harm local wildlife, but it also creates safety hazards for people using the trail. If this is how they treat the environment, I’d seriously question how they treat their customers

If I could give a lower rating a I would. Communication is terrible - as in there isn't any. Had a liner replaced. Still waiting a week later to have the gravel and concrete cleaned up from INSIDE the pool. Cleaned up means leaving 2+ yards of gravel and dirt on the lawn. Try calling the office and are told the person you need to speak to is in a meeting only to find out they are out on a personal errand. I could go on and on but they don't care so I don't know why I bother. Stay far away

Time to winterize the hot tub and the guys showed up as scheduled and right on time. They were quick and competent. Made sure gates were closed because of my dog and were in and out of my back yard in record time. I will be using your services again!! Many Thanks

Always fast service whenever we have had a pool problem. Our pool was vandalized this summer and the diver was able to patch all 7 holes and for a very reasonable $ amount. So grateful for this service!!

Pool Pros terrible!

This company is absolutely the worst. Froze my hot tub and refused to repair it back to the way it was. Cheap repair that will effect flow to the jets. Will have to hire a proper honest company to fix it. Other damages were done as well but owner was unwilling to address these issues either. Terrible, awful, the worst! AVOID!!!
