most days I receive my Gleaner after 6 PM should be delivered before 6 AM. I do not want day old news.

Waiting all week for a newspaper and no paper as of Dec30,2022

If the paper doesn't arrive which is more often then not, then the advertisers are not getting their monies worth. Why bother? To advertise or to continue to buy the paper. Terrible service!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been over a month now and repeated calls to their complicated call center to cancel my paper delivery, what a waste of time. I get is about 2-3 days a week, I get pa[pers I do not subscribe to, their customer service stinks, and this is a compliment

Have been calling for 2 days.... still no paper Ive spoken with reps on the phone- that did not work Waited 16 min for find pick up then was disconnected ... cannot find customer service link as promoted. This is a poor way of doing business!
