We love the casual atmophere of Toshi, and feel comfortable bringing both family members and business associates to dine with us. The service is supreme and the food is always fresh. The facilities are clean and bright. This is our favourite Brampton Restaurant.
Moderate prices, but the homemade miso soup is worth it. This is definitely a find for Brampton residents who like Japanese food. Toshi offer's both dine-in and take-out (though I am partial to dining in), and worth trying is the mixed seafood and vegetable tempura.

I've been here for lunch many times. The service is pretty good - you get topped for tea before you know it. The bento box takes longer than the sushi combo, but everyone was happy with their meals. Everything is fresh. Make sure you make a reservation if you have more than 6 people. I definitely recommend it.

I know Toshi from way back in the Shopper's World when he had the counter food serving the same superb japanese meals.
They are so wonderful that naturally when he moved to the bovaird site, everyone of his customers followed, my family/self included.
We love his food and the way he presents and cook them. The wait time is a bit long as understandably there's way too many customers. But his staff are very friendly, always smiling and ready to serve. Maybe he can invest in more serve/wait staff and probably more cooks. Also he needs to expand as like one customer says above, its bursting at the seams on weekends.
