The Kipling location has served my family twice. There was a different person attending to all our needs and questions. Both provided information as to options and costs. At no time did we feel any pressure to request services beyond what we had in mind on arrival. The staff was professional, courteous, and understanding. Although the reason for going there is a sad one, yet the environment is bright and uplifting.
