Excellent service, got all the information I wanted on their website by chatting with a sales representative named Claire. Made a phone call, which was missed (it happens), but I was called back within 5 minutes.
This is my second purchase and I will be back. They are knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was just looking around the website and the Chat now box opened and I asked a question. I got a reply right away and Claire was able to answer all my questions and offered some expertise on some other items. Even offer me a promotion. Their website design is both easy to navigate and efficient in showing off all their products, I used their chat service to get a question answered and I was greeted with an actual human being and not a 5 response robot. Claire was incredibly helpful and not only answered my questions, but also made me aware of a GREAT promotion! As if the existing promotions and online prices weren't good enough! I'll be recommending this site to all my friends and will most certainly be visiting again soon!
