    So happy I went here!

I was looking around for an affordable clinic to spay my cat, being on a single income, I needed someplace I could afford and be sure they would take care of my pet. They were the cheapest in the city, my vet was rediculous for the price of a spay. I dropped her off in the morning, paid for the proceedure and picked her up later in the afternoon, they gave me 2 days of pain medication and an elizabethen collar. You can barely tell there was sugery done, the stitches are tiny and she was not groggy, at all, when I took her home, it has been 2 days and she is doing so well, like nothing happened. I highly, recommend this clinic, it is clean, the staff is wonderful and it is affordable for responsible pet owners.

What a wonderful surprise, made my day !

April 18, 2012: I brought in my beagle today and received the BEST service of any clinic I have ever been to. She is a very nervous, older dog but seemed completely at ease with all the wonderful staff there. I not only met the vet that treated her but every staff member came to meet us and introduce themselves including the vet who does the surgeries. What a great group of ladies. Than the biggest shock of them all - the bill...I had to ask the friendly receptionist if she had made an error, it was LESS than 1/2 of what I was quoted anywhere else. I couldn't believe my eyes. I would recommend this clinic to everyone...the staff, service, compassion and prices are unbelievable !

    wonderful vet

My dog was in some distress not feeling well and having difficulty urinating. They offered to see her right away and even stayed to perform a necessary test so we didn't have to wait for lab results. We received excellent care and will be returning.

    The WORST Vet EVER

Do NOT take your pet to these people. They managed to add on an extra $100 in "unforseen costs" during a standard neutering for my dog (an extra stitch was needed). The receptionist could take a few lessons in customer service, (short, rude, speaks right over you) not to mention the arrogance & downright rudeness of the vet herself and extortionist prices. We had a HORRIBLE experience there and will never return. Apparently to post this review I have to give it at least 1 star. This business doesn't deserve that, it's more like -10 stars.

Perhaps this was a cryptorchid surgery? Removing an undecended testicle is not a routine neuter, it involves locating the second testicle, whether within the abdomen or beneath the skin in the inguinal area, and skillfully removing it. Every owner is asked to confirm that two testicles have dropped prior to surgery. This special procedure and the extra costs involved would have been fully explained and consented to BEFORE the surgery was performed.

    Good Review

I took my dog here two years ago as well as my cat a year ago. The prices are great here! And unlike most vets who will charge you the 3 different times for the first 3 sets of shots, they do it all at once alone with the procedure! When I took my dog, it was the first time that I had been away from her and started crying it was a big over dramatic useless show lol the nurse as soon as she seen me crying snatched the leash and said ok we'll see you later when you come to pick her up. When I came back to pick my baby up she was excited to see me like usual and the nurse explained to me about her procedure and how to care for it. A week later I had to take her back because she had a scab type chunk that was still attached to her stitch that was ready to fall out and the nurse just snipped it off and we were good to go. As for the cat that is a GREAT story lol I took him and his brother in at the same time to be fixed and my cat being all loving and happy and wonderful was a blast for them, but the other cat......he was a nightmare for them and as the nurse walked back to get them she asked the one "Are you going to be ni.....ooop guess not" and we had a good laugh about the crazy cat as she explained to us about the after care for them. All in all this clinic is good, if they happen to be rude I can only imagine that it is due to the amount of people coming in and out of there and the attitude they get from the people confused on their own!! This is a great clinic and I would use it again for sure!!!

Kittens, puppies, or adults with no vaccination history require multiple vaccinations, ideally at 8, 12, and 16 weeks, which would be before the time of surgery. One vaccination at the time of surgery is not adequate.
