I had an amazing experience purchasing my new bike. The owner and sales staff answered all my questions provided a wealth of information, didn’t press me to purchase something out of my means, stay past closing hours and even threw in a few small items. Wonderful experience !!!
The folks at Pedalinx Mississauga are great. They are so nice and friendly, and are certainly experts in everything to do with cycling. They do NOT put any pressure on you at all. Instead, they engage and listen to your cycling needs, and respond appropriately by providing you with several options. The service is at the highest level with affordable pricing. I look forward to going back, even just to chat biking. Would recommend them to anyone.
We recently went to Pedalinx to purchase a new bike. The store had been recommended by several friends and we decided to try it out. It far exceeded our expectations! The service was amazing. Everyone who worked there was beyond friendly and took the time, even though the store was busy, to answer all of our questions and get us set up with the perfect bike. The prices were reasonable and they even threw in several accessories at no charge. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
I went in for help with changing my brake pads. Peter informed me that I had good set of brakes and did not need new brakes. He just adjusted everything for me and I was done in master of minutes. When I asked him how much I owed him, he told me that there was no charge since he didnt break a sweat. My next bike will be from them again! They always take such good care of the costumes. And Peters honesty is so refreshing in this day and age. Thanks Peter for your help.
They are very friendly and helpful. I went there to get help to remove training wheels off my child bike. Wheels were badly stuck and were hard to remove. They helped for free. Thank you
