From the moment I walked through the door at NRC I have had nothing but an excellent experience. Larry and his staff have always gone above my expectations whether it has been with the purchase of a new bike or service on my bike. They have pride in their product and in the business, and that is something their customers can easily see. They have made me a lifelong customer, I couldn't imagine going to another bike dealer.

Almost any retailer will take the time to be courteous and friendly during the sales part of a purchase but it's the service to the customer after the sale that really separates the run of the mill dealer and the great ones. It is in this area where NRC really shines. I have been a loyal customer of NRC for over eight years now and they have never failed to meet and exceed every expectation I have ever had. Here is just one prime example of to what I am referring. About three years after purchasing my first Kawasaki from Larry I was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident one sunny summer afternoon. Luckily my injuries were relatively minor but my bike was a write off. Larry went well above the call of duty by researching the cost of a replacement of my exact model and furnishing these quotes to my insurance company and going to bat for me and helped immeasurably to expedite the claims process , all without any prompting on my part. It is this rare level of service in conjunction with superior product that truly separates NRC from other stores, not just in the motorcycle industry but anywhere in the retail sector. It is for these reasons that Larry and the gang at NRC have earned my loyalty for life. I can't imagine me purchasing a motorcycle from, or taking the bike I own to any other shop for service, as long as NRC doors are open. Although I had been aware of NRC's existence for some years, it wasn't until my old Honda finally gave up the ghost, and I had begun the process of searching for a replacement for my old bike that our paths finally crossed.
