You know I heard the hype about cosmic Charlies at work, and had to check it out. The butter chicken was a healthy slightly overcooked low fat version (BUTTER chicken ain't meant to be healthy!!!)
It's a trendy place with a nice atmosphere, but I was a little disappointed in the food (given the hype)

Gord told me he was not into experimenting with food. He was wrong. Funkiest meal of the week in Peterborough (except we had to walk around downtown freezing for 45 minutes until a table was available - and that was on a Wednesday night). Highly recommended if you don't want the same-old same-old.

I have nothing to complain about when it comes to the food, its amazing, so thanks to the kitchen staff I might consider going back there again.
Our waitress on the other hand was horrible. My husband and I went there on our anniversary and after waiting a few hours for out reservation we were starving. Our waitress kept commenting on how much food we were ordering and how she couldn't possibly eat all that and how nobody else has eaten that much.
We got the rest packed up and left. She got no tip.
