The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.
Everyone's experience will differ. Not sure why others had a bad experience, but our two Golden's have loved this place. And so have we!
Yes, the dogs have played rough, usually my two with each other. But other than normal scratches and dents, they are always ready to go back for more fun. And they come home exhausted. As always we keep communication lines open and both Jen and Brett are always ready to assist.
We took our very friendly dog there for an interview in Aug/11 and he was BITEN while there by the owner's dog! We have never experienced such an unwelcome reception as we did at this facility. The owner had decided right away that our dog was not suitable for her facility. The dogs she owns are not friendly and snarled at our dog. Definitely would not recommend!!!
