Avoid this shop. My repair caused further problems which they never fixed. 0 stars

I would strongly recommend anyone who reads this against ever taking their vehicle to Owasco collision. My vehicle was brought in for a minor repair needing a bumper and headlight. Upon receiving it back a month later, more than half of the plastic clips are missing or torn apart, my daytime running light isn't even attached, it just hangs, the bumper hangs off, and for some reason they painted my door and now the handle doesn't work. My car is actually in worse condition than before they got it

No Quality Control

My experience at Owasco Collision/Whitby Collision and Glass was not very pleasurable. I took my vehicle to their repair facilities and waited almost 30 days to finally get my car back. Now the length of time was not totally their fault, a part was on back order. None the less annoying. I went to pick up my vehicle after being told it was ready, there were a ton of paint defects. Orange peel, paint runs and fish eyes all in the parts they "fixed". I did not expect this from a quality shop, I brought the vehicle back and they did agree to fix it, but this meant another 5 days without my car. Finally I get another call that it is ready, great I go and check the car over. Low and behold scratches, I don't understand how I can get a call again that it was ready when it clearly was not. Again they fixed it, but this time while I waited and it did eventually get fixed to a degree. There are still paint issues that I am not happy with but I will take it elsewhere to have those looked at as I cannot trust this place anymore. The rear bumper screws holding the fender covers where not installed just finger tight, thankfully I checked those or I’d be having to buy new screws... I really would not recommend this shop to anybody for any reason, unless it’s a leased car from Owasco and you’re not keeping it. In which case who cares it’s their shop and their problem after your lease is up.
